ALLECC Law Enforcement Training
The ALLECC Law Enforcement Program is a Leadership course designed to engage law enforcement officers in realistic scenarios. It is designed to enhance the decision-making and physical skills required during unforeseen violent encounters. This courses focus on the fundamentals of shooting, tactical pistol and carbine/patrol rifle skills, and hand-to-hand combatives/defensive tactics. The course aims to teach students how to prepare for, survive and succeed in lethal encounters through extensive range time and force-on-force training using UTM simunitions. This course is designed to reduce the effects of Tunnel Vision, Auditory Exclusion, and Loss of Fine Motor Skills that officer's experience under duress.
Meet Our Instructors
Scott Wealing
Scott is the Chief Executive Officer of Briggs Core Dynamics
Scott served as an Army Ranger (Long Range Surveillance/LRS) with 15 years Military experience. Scott has spent over 2600 days deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan both while in the Military and as a Protective Agent. His military training includes Ranger, Long Range Surveillance Leadership Course, Airborne, Air Assault, Survival, Tracking/Counter Tracking, and Drill Sergeant. He also trained as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. After the Military, he served as a PSD/Protective Agent for L. Paul Bremer during his term as Ambassador in Iraq in 2003; and continued to conduct protective operations for various intelligence agencies and NGO's in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo until 2013. Scott continues to provide executive protection for celebrities, executives and high net worth families. He has vast experience in conducting site surveys and vulnerability assessments for government and non-government organizations all over the globe. He is a qualified Firearms instructor through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and has trained Secret Service Agents, FBI Agents, Local Law Enforcement, US Military Special Operations Personnel as well as Military Conventional Forces, both US and Allied Nations. Scott also enjoys teaching Firearm Safety to all ages and skill levels.
Carlos Soto
Carlos is an Indiana Law Enforcement Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor. He has worked with hundreds of military and law enforcement personnel of the past 12 years including CIA, FBI, Navy SEALS, Marines, and SWAT teams. His world class combatives and defensive tactics curriculum includes the most up-to-date techniques. When not training law enforcement, Carlos competes all over the world as a member of the Team USA Grappling World Team.

Tod Langley is an executive leader with significant background in the fields of Operations and Intelligence.
Tod has more than 28 years of military and sensitive operations experience as a Soldier, officer, and specialized
advisor. He has held numerous leadership positions including program and project manager, multiple military
commands, and senior advisory roles. He has led combat Soldiers, Human Intelligence operatives, and seasoned
Special Operations Forces during extremely sensitive missions. His expertise in identifying and mitigating
risks, across the spectrum of conflict has made him a highly sought-after professional in the realm of security
consulting.
